Care Instructions

Yay! You have new pieces that should last for a long time with proper care. As such, we recommend the following to keep your pieces in the best possible condition:

- Avoid wearing your items when applying perfume, deodorant, or hairspray.
- Remove jewelry before showering or going into the pool/water.
- Avoid dropping your jewelry as some pieces may be delicate and can break or be damaged.
- When not in use, store your jewelry in a container to avoid scratches.

For most items, we use polymer clay, mica powder, glass beads, and/or resin. To clean, wipe clay jewelry gently with a damp cloth. Resin tends to discolor when exposed to direct sunlight for long periods of time. If your jewelry is coated in resin (shiny) you may use mild dish soap to clean. If your item has brass charms, please DO NOT wet brass as it will tarnish. Keep away from sunlight or extreme heat. In case it does tarnish, clean with a baby wipe or brass metal polish. Please keep in mind that clay is porous and can be stained by makeup.

IMPORTANT SAFETY WARNING:

PLEASE DO NOT allow children to play with or chew on your jewelry. They are NOT for teething purposes and will break if chewed on, which then becomes a choking hazard. Polymer clay jewelry should be fun, not deadly.
